After months or planning and hard work, we ‘officially’ opened on 11th November and celebrated with an evening event for invited guests.The fizz flowed and food bites, tasty miniatures of dishes from the main menu, were enthusiastically devoured.Cocktails were shaken, wine poured and the fabulous ocean view admired while talented musical duo, Becca Langsford and Vince Lee added to the celebratory ambiance with live music in the Dome bar area.We have been operating a ‘phased’ opening to enable our fabulous new team, many of whom are starting their first job in the hospitality sector, to get up to speed and ensure customers receive great service and food.
