Ingredients
- Vodka: 25ml
- Chambord: 25ml
- Pineapple Juice: 100ml
- Crushed Raspberries / Raspberry Powder
Equipment
- Boston Shaker
- Hawthorn Strap
- Fine Mesh Strainer
- Jiggers
- Martini Glass
Method
Add all ingredients to shaker and shake good and hard for 10 seconds as a minimum in order to create a nice thick layer of foam. Then double strained into a chilled martini glass and finished with its preferred garnish.
