French Martini

Masterclass from our barman, Michael Viggers, on how to make our take on the French Martini.

Ingredients

  • Vodka: 25ml
  • Chambord: 25ml
  • Pineapple Juice: 100ml
  • Crushed Raspberries / Raspberry Powder

Equipment

  • Boston Shaker
  • Hawthorn Strap
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • Jiggers
  • Martini Glass

Method

Add all ingredients to shaker and shake good and hard for 10 seconds as a minimum in order to create a nice thick layer of foam. Then double strained into a chilled martini glass and finished with its preferred garnish.
