It’s not an exaggeration to say we have transformed The Dome. Plymouth’s waterfront is a spectacular location and The Dome, empty and dilapidated, was more of an eyesore than an asset. We believe we have now created something really special.
Making the most of some of the existing features (as well as the view!) we have transformed the building into a striking art deco styled venue with all the opulence of a 1930s ocean liner.
From the moment you arrive and are greeted by the stylish art deco branding on the main doors you can appreciate the changes we have made. Our gold and midnight blue branding is reflected throughout the building.
These before and after photos show how we have carried through the art deco theme with a stunning colour palette and fabulous use of pattern, texture and finish. Have you ever seen a more stunning ladies toilet!
The panoramic ocean view needs no enhancing and the light it generates has enabled us to be bold in our choice of colours, creating a welcoming, warm and opulent interior. And then, of course, there’s the natural light from the dome itself. This amazing structure creates its own ever-changing light show on the circular bar beneath.
